I’m Matthew Turner, a school leader who believes great schools are built on strong culture, clear systems, and people first decisions. I now serve as Principal Leader in the High School Division with Orange County Public Schools, and I’m grateful for the many years I spent as Principal at West Orange High School.
Rules for Schools is my way of sharing what works: practical strategies, leadership lessons, and simple “rules” that help schools operate better so students thrive, staff feel supported, and communities grow stronger.
